Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund

Failure to arrive on check-in date
24-hour notice: Full refund for experience cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Weather conditions: If an experience is cancelled due to weather, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Minimum participants: Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. If not met, you'll be offered a full refund.
